| Our clean comfortable cabins are equipped with kitchen, dining tables/chairs and beds. Cabins have air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. Cooking utensils are included with the one bedroom cabins and the premium lakeside cabins; cooking utensils and linens are available to rent for all other cabins. Please read the fine print below regarding reservations, deposits/refunds, and cancellations. |

Weekly & Monthly Rates available during off season only and on a limited basis.
Chalk Bluff is proud to offer accommodations at reasonable rates. In order to maintain this
high degree of service to our guests, we ask that the following be observed:
*** A minimum 2 nights is required to make an advanced reservation on most cabins and camping.
*** A three night minimum is required for the Cowboy cabins and holiday weekends.
*** One night deposit required for cabins. RV and campsites require a $40.00 deposit.
*** Holiday weekends require a two-night deposit.
*** Deposits apply 100% toward your stay and must be received within 10 days of making the
reservation.
*** Cabin rentals are subject to current state hotel occupancy tax.
*** A $50 cleaning deposit fee is collected at time of booking and is returned within 21 days after
inspection.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are refunded at 90%. No
refunds thereafter. Cancellations must be received in writing with signature via mail, fax at
830-278-5564 or email by clicking here. No refunds due to inclement weather. You are
responsible for all nights reserved.

| To our valued customers: After much consideration, Chalk Bluff Park owners have raised most accommodation rates by app. 10%, effective Mar. 1 2009, because of increased electricity and propane costs. The owners feel strongly that Chalk Bluff Park remains an affordable vacation destination despite this rate increase. |
